There will be some real time discussion at Life Bytes on Queen Street. Maybe not on the same timescale as the actual event.
There is some possibility around Exeter Television. It has some comparison with citizen journalism. So far there are several editied videos on YouTube. The plasma screens around Exeter are just advertising at the moment but discussion continues on how there could be some content.
